These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AvengerBot software ("Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Service Description
AvengerBot provides cloud-hosted automation and management software for use in online strategy games. Licenses are sold on a subscription basis for the duration selected at checkout. The Service includes access to our software platform, automatic updates, and customer support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a license. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
3. License & Permitted Use
Upon confirmed payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AvengerBot software for the number of game accounts and the duration specified at purchase.
- Licenses may not be resold, transferred, or shared beyond the licensed account count.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
- One license per purchase order — each order is independent.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through regulated third-party providers including PayPal and cryptocurrency processors. Prices are listed in USD. Any applicable taxes or fees are the buyer's sole responsibility. We do not store your payment credentials.
5. Delivery
License credentials are delivered digitally to your provided contact details within 24 hours of confirmed payment, typically within minutes. If you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours, please contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp immediately.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, game updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the software to harass, harm, or defraud other users.
- Attempting to circumvent license restrictions.
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AvengerBot software is provided "as-is" for entertainment and productivity purposes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable third-party platform terms and local laws. We accept no liability for actions taken by platform operators against user accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvengerBot's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes where possible.
