Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of AvengerBot software. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this window will not be processed.
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Full refund — License credentials not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Full refund — Software is non-functional due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours of a submitted support request.
- Pro-rated refund — Unused full months remaining on a multi-month subscription, requested in writing within 7 days of the current billing period start date.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Licenses that have been activated and used, even partially.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Situations where a game account is actioned, restricted, or banned by the platform operator.
- Purchases made in error (wrong account count, wrong duration) where the license has already been activated.
- Downtime caused by game updates, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase date.
Provide your order details: kingdom ID, alliance name, purchase date, and reason for refund.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Payment Processor Fees
PayPal transaction fees and cryptocurrency network fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from any refunded amount. The deducted fee amount depends on your original transaction and the processor's current rates.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in your license being suspended and future purchases being declined. We are always willing to work toward a fair resolution.
