1. Service Description
AvengerBot provides cloud-hosted automation and management software for online strategy games. Licenses are sold on a subscription basis for the duration selected at checkout.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. License & Permitted Use
Each license covers the number of accounts specified at purchase. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared beyond the licensed account count.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through regulated third-party providers including PayPal. Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Users may cancel at any time via their PayPal account or by contacting support at avangerbots2026@gmail.com.
5. Delivery
License credentials are delivered digitally within 24 hours of confirmed payment, typically within minutes.
6. Disclaimer
AvengerBot software is sold as-is for entertainment and productivity purposes. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable third-party platform terms.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Users may cancel at any time via their PayPal account or by contacting support at avangerbots2026@gmail.com.
Eligible for Refund
Full refund if credentials are not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Full refund if the software is non-functional due to our fault and unresolved within 72 hours of a support request.
Pro-rated refund for unused full months on multi-month plans, requested within 7 days of the billing period start.
Not Eligible
Activated and used licenses.
Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
